Good morning, ladies and gents! It’s wonderful to be with you all for yet another Sunday morning. I (Maddie) am particularly excited because today is the first day of my much-needed week-long holiday. That’s right, I’m going away for an entire week to rest, recover and recharge after what has been quite a chaotic year! I cannot wait to kick my feet up, read a book and hopefully enjoy some peace and quiet. Speaking of quiet, member Christine U. sent in a lovely quote that I just had to share with you all:
‘Learn to listen and listen to learn.’
I adore this quote. I think the skill of listening is somewhat lost nowadays. Everyone just wants to talk over the top of each other! But I think we can learn a lot from listening, and as Christine U. has put it you not only need to learn to listen, but you need to listen in order to learn. I just thought this was such a lovely quote to kick off our Sunday morning with, eh?
Now, let’s look at what happened across Australia and around the world this week:

When I posted last Sunday about how much I missed the old Cadbury Milk Bottles, member @Paul M commented saying how much he missed the old-fashioned Milk Chocolate Sultanas! A very controversial comment there indeed, member @Paul M. 😉 I used to love the Milk Chocolate Sultanas too! I know they aren’t the most popular choice because sultanas aren’t everyone’s favourite, but I remember I used to love that because it meant more for me… What was your favourite lolly or chocolate growing up? Or what do you miss the most? Tell us here! If you have a nostalgic memory you would like to share with us post it on our forum here!
