Friday Edition
Good morning, members! And happy Friday to you all! This week went quickly, didn’t it? But I (Vella) am not complaining. It's lovely to see the weekend on the horizon. And you know what that means... time to start thinking about all the weekend activities! My plans include catching up on some sleep, playing badminton with friends, flying my drone and watching a K-drama I've been obsessed with. For those interested, it's called The Glory. It's a revenge thriller. (I know, I know it's a bit dark) but the story is so good! The plot, acting, and cinematography are top-notch. You can watch it on Netflix. How about you? What are your weekend plans? I’d love to hear all about them here!
Now, we have some exciting news… We are launching a brand new competition for the month of March! This one is a little different to our usual ones, but we think you will like it. We want to grow the SDC community even more this year so for the month of March we are running a referral competition! All you have to do is refer your friends to the SDC (with their permission of course) for one entry into the competition. The more friends you refer to us, the more entries you get into the competition and
the more chances you have to win a $100 voucher to Coles, Woolworths, ALDI or IGA! To refer a friend to us, all you have to do is email us their name and email address here! You can also email us at contact@seniorsdiscountclub.com.au.
Please note: You cannot email your friends' name and email address without their permission. If you do email us their name and email address without their permission, your entry to the competition will be removed.
One more thing before the news! Let’s finish off the week with the third and final riddle.
Without a bridle or a saddle, across a thing, I ride a straddle. And those I ride, by help of me, though almost blind, are made to see. What am I?
Oooh, who’s up for the challenge? We know this one’s a bit tricky, so we’re really looking forward to seeing how you all do. You know the drill – if you think you’ve got the answer, head over to the riddle masters thread here. If you get the answer correct, we will give you a shout-out in tomorrow’s newsletter!
