The department’s Performance Support team (PST) provide a range of dedicated supports to leaders who undertake a performance process, including attendance at the weekly meetings throughout this process. If you have performance concerns that you would like to address, please contact the team. Leona Graham, Lead Principal Consultant PST, would also be interested in hearing from you about the factors you consider when making the decision to engage in a performance process where you have identified a poor performing teacher, and what strategies might further assist you to engage with PST to address the concerns. AttendHerTechPath is holding a full day for girls in Years 9, 10 and 11 to experience different career pathways in STEM. When: Thursday, 21 September 2023 STEM ScholarshipsA fantastic opportunity for government school students who intend to study advanced science, maths and technology subjects in year 11 and year 12. Scholarships up to the value of $10,000 are available to year 10 government school secondary students from underrepresented groups (girls and boys from low SES circumstances and Aboriginal learners) to support them to pursue at least one of the following subjects at SACE stage 1 and 2 level: Mathematical Methods, Specialist Mathematics, Digital Technologies, Chemistry and Physics. The scholarships can be used to
cover the cost of tutors, laptops, excursions or anything that directly supports the student to achieve in their chosen STEM subjects.
