For Employees With COVID-19 Boosters Outside of Employee Health
Uploading Your COVID-19 Vaccination Record into the Employee Health PortalAll HM employees are required to get a COVID-19 booster (management by Monday, Jan. 31 and Tuesday, March 1 for all other employees). If you received your COVID-19 booster outside of Employee Health but it is available in MyChart you can easily download your record from MyChart, by following the instructions in this tip sheet. If you received your COVID-19 booster outside of Employee Health, e.g., at a
drug store or other clinic, HM PCP’s office or at a HM vaccine site for the public and it is not in MyChart, you will need to upload a copy of it into the MARS Employee Health Portal. Only PNG, PDF or JPG file are accepted. Note: If you only have a paper copy of your vaccine card, you can scan it or take a picture of it with your smartphone. Follow these instructions to complete the documentation required: - Log in to MARS and click the Employee Health Portal tile.
- Log in to the Employee Health Portal.
- Click Other Health Resources.
- Scroll down and click COVID Vaccine Documentation Upload.
- Click the Choose file box and select the file you are uploading (Must be a PNG, PDF or JPG file).
- Click Submit.

New Pulsara EMS Transport Notification To Launch at HMWB
Online Training – Now Through Friday, Jan. 21Coming soon, a new Pulsara technology will allow paramedics and EMTs to alert the HMWB Emergency Department through an app, from the ambulance, when they’re bringing in patients with strokes or other acute conditions. This advance notice helps to prepare the ED when the patients arrive and to alert the stroke team or interventional radiology, as needed. When minutes matter, paramedics can send a patient’s vital signs and other information, like an EKG, pulse oxygen level and more, while on the way to the ED. Online training now through Friday, Jan. 21
LMS training has been assigned to HMWB ED physicians, nurses, directors, managers, paramedics, EMTs, patient access specialists and techs, and for stroke teams and interventional radiology. How it works
Download the Pulsara app thru HM Company Intune on your iPhone, and begin using it. For ED iPads, IT Field Ops will set up the app. Please open a ticket with the IT Service Desk for assistance with ED iPads. For Pulsara questions, contact your manager, charge nurse or lead tech. For technical questions, contact the IT Service Desk.
