![]() Customer Star Awards 2024This month, we hosted our annual Star Awards. It was a night of glitz, glamour, and, most of all, celebration. The awards recognise our customers' personal achievements and the dedication and passion of community groups across Stockport. This year, over 60 nominations were made for individuals and groups across five categories. Congratulations to all the winners and everyone nominated! ![]() Rent and Service Charge ProposalsEach year, Stockport Council ask for tenants' feedback on the proposed rent and service charges which take effect the following year. The Rent and Service Charge Proposal will be open for your comments from Friday 8th November until 22nd November. Tenant's comments will be incorporated into the final recommendation which will be considered by the Council’s Scrutiny Committee and Cabinet. Any approved changes to rents and service charges will then be implemented from April 2025.
