Pencil in these dates for the New Year! These gatherings are a chance to enjoy a morning with other parents and extended family for an opportunity to connect; ask questions; share success stories and fears; gain resources and more! They take place on Saturday mornings from 9 - 11 am. Childcare will be provided!

Fighting the Flu this Holiday Season

With all the news about COVID-19 out there, don't forget it's also Flu Season! Studies have shown that individuals with chronic medical conditions, including neurologic and cardiac conditions, are at increased risk for complications if they get sick with influenza. For this reason, individuals with Down syndrome are likely to be at higher risk for influenza-related complications.
