The herb organiser provides optimum growing conditions as the herbs sit on a capillary mat which absorbs the water in the reservoir at the bottom of the pot and transports it to the plants. The water reservoir holds up to 500 ml of water, so all you have to do is to fill it regularly, and then you can rely on the pot to do the watering.
