Shaping supplier partnerships with client insightsWe are currently hosting engagement sessions with clients to gather data and insights across five key areas of our service design. These sessions are also enabling us to design final draft specifications to ensure they reflect current and future client needs. Service offer under reviewOver the next two months we will be conducting a review of our Service Offer. The review will provide clarity to our clients on the range of services now available from us, exactly what is covered by our standard fees, the quality standards we are operating to, and the communications and reporting we will provide. A key aspect of the review will be to revisit our RACI (responsible, accountable, consulted, informed) matrix to ensure that both internal stakeholders and our clients understand roles in the delivery of services. We will provide more details in the coming months. Attracting best-in-class service providers through our latest property and financial services competitionWe have launched a competition to appoint a new strategic partner for property and financial services. The new property partner contract is aligned to the GPA’s current and future needs and will deliver improved tax-payer value, enhanced satisfaction across GPA’s clients and social value.
