Letter from the President

Hello May!

As I sit here writing this note to you all it is both Cinco de Mayo and Taco Tuesday! Wow, what a truly amazing moment in time! I hope you all have an amazing day today with some amazing and spicy food.

We are gearing up for our Eating for Education Program in Davidson County again this year. We are continuing to partner with both the Lexington and Thomasville Chambers of Commerce for this annual event. We hope to have more food establishments participate, and we are allowing more sponsorships as well. Stay tuned for more details, but keep June 15th in mind as that is the deadline to sign up to be involved.

I'm always excited to see the notable events you each have happening in your businesses. Last month, we saw Mandy's Perfect Impressions, owned by Mandy Miles, in the spotlight for all of her community support of those battling health crises or those just needing a little help getting back on track. So please continue to keep us updated on all your amazing accomplishments so we can celebrate you as well!
