This year’s Paris Peace Forum, which took place in mid-June, came at a time of extraordinary urgency. As the conflict between Israel and Iran escalated, the air was thick with anxiety — not only about the possible failure of diplomacy but about lives at risk. And yet, amid that uncertainty, this forum became a rare and powerful space: one where grassroots actors were not just observers, but participants with agency.
