Care for Caregivers: Coping with Grief

Join us online June 28 at 1:00pm, this is an opportunity for caregivers to hear, and be heard by, people who’ve had similar experiences: to talk about, process and better understand emotions.

RESERVE YOUR SPOT
An individual in a grey sweater and with a white helmet on rides their bike down a gravel path. The path has grass and trees on either side, with a river on the left hand side past the foliage. Blue, snow-capped mountains stand tall in the distance.

Ride Don’t Hide: Help us to the finish line!

We have had a tremendous amount of support this month: Canadians are moving for their mental health and raising funds to support mental health programs in their community. Check out the in-person and virtual events and support local mental health programs and initiatives in your community.

Join in on the fun and support Ride Don’t Hide wherever you are in British Columbia!
