Relocation of existing portable classrooms from the Indian Valley Campus to the Kentfield Campus.

Status:

• Developing site logistics & bidding schedule for new and existing portable classroom installation

This project includes the construction of a new prefabricated, pre-DSA (Division of State Architect) approved classroom building for the Organic Farm & Garden's associated programs and demonstrations.

Status:

• Shade structure, lawn landscaping, and concrete paths/drives are all complete
• Fence installation and greenhouse installation are complete
• Completion of punch list in progress
• Demonstration kitchen – Soliciting quotes for  audio and visual system installation

This project involves interior renovations in buildings 3, 5, 6, and 7. Estimated completion: Summer 2019.

Status:

• Interior framing complete for buildings 7 and 5
• Electrical work ongoing for all buildings
• Installation of mechanical pads complete

This project replaces the existing natural grass baseball field with a synthetic turf baseball field, as well as construction of a restroom facility, score board and perimeter fencing.
