Featured Process: Zinc-Nickel Plating
Our zinc-nickel process delivers superior corrosion resistance, thermal stability, and long lasting finishes, making it ideal for high performance applications in automotive, military, and industrial sectors.
We’re highlighting its use on high security locks from our valued customer, Van Lock Company, Inc. These fully assembled locks, including both the inner core and outer casing, are used in outdoor pay stations and kiosks where reliability is essential. The outer casing benefits from our zinc-nickel finish, providing enhanced durability and protection from the elements. We’re always proud to see our plating applications in use on our customers’ parts!
