The Court largely invalidated New Jersey's recent attempt to tighten controls on "intoxicating hemp products" like Delta-8 and Delta-10, which were previously sold in gas stations, smoke shops, and convenience stores without much oversight. A dozen years after New Jersey allowed the sale of medical marijuana for registered patients, cannabis products will be among the benefits available to government employees in some communities for the first time next year. A study published in The American Journal of Public Health reviewed 30 Day past cannabis use of U.S workers which showed that the food, hospitality, entertainment and construction industries had the highest rates of use.
