Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman (NJ-12) and Senator Jeff Merkley of Oregon introduced bipartisan and bicameral legislation aimed at preventing opioid overdoses and increasing access to overdose reversal medications like naloxone, also known as Narcan.
