Frozen French Canadian Sour 

1.5 oz. J.P. Wiser’s Triple Barrel Rye
1 oz. Dry Vermouth
1.5 oz. Raspberry Simple
0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice
Bar spoon Green Chartreuse
0.75 oz. water

 

Method: Combine all ingredients in a blender, add ice, turn on until it’s well-blended, and pour into a glass.

Slushy Machine
1 Gallon Batch (22.75 cocktails)
34 oz. J.P. Wiser’s Triple Barrel Rye
22.75 oz. Dry Vermouth
34 oz. Raspberry Simple
17 oz. fresh lemon juice
2.75 oz. Green Chartreuse
17 oz. water

 
 

In Canada, the grains are produced separately through maturation - No mashbill here! This one is a rye-forward blend of 100% rye, 100% corn, and 100% wheat whiskies - all distilled and aged differently - bringing layers of flavor to this cocktail favorite!
