Good morning, members! Happy Fri—Oh wait, it’s still Thursday! Who else is thrilled that it’s almost Friday? I (Vella) certainly am. We know it’s early, but there’s no such thing as too early to kick off the fun, right, folks? So, grab your specs and perhaps a cuppa, and let’s cruise through this newsletter! First, how did you fare with yesterday’s riddle? Shall we do a quick recap?
What 4-letter word can be written forward, backwards, or upside down, and can still be read from left to right?
The answer is NOON! It should be written in all caps so it reads ‘NOON’ even when upside down. But we still accepted lowercase answers; how generous of us! 😉 We also accepted those who answered toot, which should be written in lowercase. As always, a fair few of you figured it out. Congratulations! Your shout-out awaits at the end of the newsletter.
Now, it’s time for a Fascinating Fact! Did you know that Australia has almost 12,000 beaches? If you visited one per day, it would take more than 32 years to see them all. How many have you visited already? Which one holds a special place in your heart? We’d love to hear about it
on our forum.
