BLDG Community Service Project: 4B Disaster Response Network

This is ASA Building Leaders Development Group's (BLDG) first annual "service day" benefiting 4B Disaster Response Network.

Following Hurricane Harvey in August 2017, local churches in the 4B area (from Beltway to the Beach and the Bay to Brazoria County) went to work serving the community with immediate relief efforts. As damage was assessed, they built a long-term plan to best serve the community on the long road to recovery. The 4B Disaster Response Network formed to answer the immediate needs relating to Hurricane Harvey and to prepare for future disasters that might affect our community.

We play a major role in their mission. ASA BLDG will mobilize volunteers to help with two projects! Get registered today and help us show our support!

Holiday Happy Hour Fundraiser

ASA Members are bringing some cheer to many families this holiday season through the Brianna Built It Holiday Happy Hour and Fundraiser! In honor of our late leader, Brianna Wright, who built the She Builds It Women’s Peer Group, ASA members are invited to join together for a festive afternoon happy hour.  During the event, the ASA She Builds It committee will be collecting donated gift cards which will be gifted to ASA-Houston families with kids who are in need of a little extra cheer this holiday season.  So don your festive attire, grab a gift card ($25 or $50 from Target, Walmart, Amazon, or HEB – cash accepted too) and jingle your way down to Kirby Ice House Memorial, for a great time as we kick off the Christmas season!
