With attendance activity up, and what seemed like a huge amount of food sampling coming back, it was a positive experience for us all around. In addition to meeting face to face with our broker-distributors and clients, we were engaged by new prospects visiting our booth to discuss new recipes and innovative ways where MicroDried products can be used. There continues to be an industry focus on nutritional ingredients, clean-labeling options, plant-based alternatives, and immunity-boosting products - as well as market-specific applications like dairy, baking and snack, and beverage at the forefront. With our new "Ready-To-Eat / Ready to Create" message and our flavored popcorn samples, we enjoyed a steady flow of interested visitors to our booth all three days!
