Sunday Edition
Good morning, members! And a very happy Sunday to you all. How are you spending your morning? Are you taking it nice and easy, or are you already up and at ‘em? My favourite Sunday morning activity is waking up very slowly, making a large oat milk cappuccino (yes, I drink oat milk. I don’t know why I just really like the taste of it 😂) OR getting my lovely partner Hugh to make it for me (coffee always tastes better when it’s made for you) grabbing my laptop, getting back into bed with my coffee, and reading this newsletter. Maybe your Sunday looks slightly similar? Either way, I highly recommend reading this in bed 😉 Now, you didn’t come here to read about my Sunday morning ‘routine’ so I’m going to stop boring you, and get straight into our ‘quote of the week’!
‘If someone makes you happy, make them happier.’
How beautiful is this? When I stumbled on this quote it put the biggest smile on my face. I just thought, how simple? I feel very blessed to be able to say I have quite a few people that make me happy, and the idea of making them even happier feels good. I just think this one is a good mantra to live by. So if you do have someone that makes you happy, maybe you don’t even know them, they could be your local barista, a waitress at your favourite cafe, or even a nurse, do your best to make them happier today too. It might be as simple as letting them know you appreciate what they are doing.
