PCN Governance Refresh Bulletin

On August 23, 2023 the Family Practice Services Committee (FPSC) co-chairs provided an update on the Primary Care Network (PCN) Governance refresh changes. Detailed information on the refreshed approach to Primary Care Networks can be found on this website or in this PDF.

More information about how these changes may impact the Kootenay Boundary (KB) PCN will be shared by the FPSC in the coming months, including at the FPSC Primary Care Partners Event on October 24, 2023. Our KB PCN will be represented at this meeting by the PCN Steering Committee co-chairs and the PCN operational leads.

Please take a few minutes to review the information provided on the website or in the PDF and share within your networks.  We will share more information as it becomes available. While the PCN governance refresh may eventually result in adjustments to our PCN, no immediate changes are being made at this time.  In the meantime, if you have any urgent questions or concerns, you can contact Julius at juliushw@kbdivision.ca or Erin at Erin.Fazzino@interiorhealth.ca.
