Good afternoon
Hello, members! We’re halfway to the bliss of the weekend, so what better way to celebrate our midweek milestone than with another exciting newsletter, eh? But if you’re not feeling like your usual cheery self, I (Sethia) came across a lovely quote that might help: ‘If the good can’t find you, be the good that finds people.’ Now is the perfect opportunity to hug a friend, compliment a stranger, or tell a loved one how much they mean to you.

Fact of the day
Why are Saffrons so expensive?
Saffrons, also known as ‘Red Gold’, is the world’s most expensive spice. But why? To make saffrons, the stigma of the flower is manually harvested, and there are only three stigmata in each flower. This means that it takes about 75,000 saffron flowers to produce only half a kilo of the spice!
