Letter from the Executive Director 
The first quarter of the year was a celebratory one for Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta. We held our first Happy Perkins Society Breakfast since 2020 and enjoyed a wonderful meal hosted by Jim Kerr and Southern Company in gratitude for our top donors. Happy Perkins, the society’s namesake, was in attendance, and Grace Fricks, President and CEO of Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs, shared the impact of PBPA on her organization. In 1983, Families of Children Under Stress (FOCUS) was founded by two families seeking support for themselves and their children with rare genetic illnesses. Over the last 40 years, FOCUS has provided support and resources to over 4,500 Georgia families.
