Credit Suisse Project
SETRA was awarded the contract to supply and install two Eaton uninterruptible power supply systems (UPS) with batteries, a TTK water leak detection system, two Airedale DF55x 15.5-ton units and another two DF17x 5-ton air conditioning units for the Credit Suisse project in Riyadh. These installations will ensure a reliable power supply, an efficient cooling system and early warning to prevent any potential water damage to the facility.
Umm Al-Qura University Project
SETRA was chosen for the project due to our expertise in providing comprehensive solutions for building management systems. With Schneider Electric as our partner, we ensured the successful implementation of the supply, installation, engineering, programming, testing, and commissioning of Umm Al-Qura University in Makkah, KSA. Our turnkey solutions have greatly enhanced the efficiency and functionality of the university's automation system.
Juffali - Digital Excellence Project
SETRA is glad to announce that we have been granted the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Main and Disaster Recovery Data Centers at Juffali Digital Excellence Company in Jeddah. Our team will conduct regular visits to these centers, diligently monitoring their performance and addressing any issues promptly. Additionally, our emergency response services guarantee immediate assistance in critical situations, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency. We are proud to partner with Airedale and Simplex, renowned brands that align perfectly with our commitment to excellence.
Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Project
One of our numerous ongoing projects with the renowned Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group is the Fire Alarm & Voice Evacuation Systems at the Maternity & Pediatrics division in Al Takhassusi - Riyadh. We were awarded the supply, programming, testing & commissioning for the Fire Alarm & Voice Evacuation Systems. Our preferred brand for this project is Simplex. Collaborating with Shaker Consultancy Group as the consultant adds further assurance to the project's success.
Metro Project - Riyadh
The Riyadh METRO project Line -2 aims to further enhance Riyadh’s transportation infrastructure by constructing a new Metro line. SETRA was awarded the supply, termination, testing, and commissioning of a linear heat detector system inside the tunnels of the metro stations located at King Abdullah Road in Riyadh. AP Sensing has been selected as our supplier for this cutting edge technology.
As we advance in our Digitalization journey in SETRA, we are becoming more and more reliant on Real time Data and Analytics to run our business.
In the Data world, our objective is to slowly move from “descriptive analytics” to “predictive analytics”. It is an ongoing process: defining our “data” needs, implementing them, testing and continuously refining them. We have learnt that even (perhaps especially) in the data game, we must be flexible and agile and respond to our “internal customer” needs on the go.
As we keep our eyes on the end game of becoming a Digital Company, and looking forward to the exciting roadmap ahead, we are mindful that a core pillar in our transformation is Process Re-Engineering. OSHA Training
The Center of Human Resource Professionals for Training provided the OSHA 30 hour - General Industry Course to our Maintenance Team. This seminar updated Setra's team's knowledge of occupational health and safety in order to reduce hazards in their daily activities.

In coordination with Imam Abdulrahman Al-Faisal Hospital SETRA sponsored the blood donation campaign on 01/06/2023 for its employees, coinciding with the World Blood Donation Day on 14/06/2023.
This campaign comes within the framework of strengthening the role of SETRA and its employees towards the community. It contributes to support our humanitarian and social responsibility initiatives by providing patients and hospitals with as many blood units as possible.

We’ve seen it all when it comes to fiber cable installation: the good, the bad and the unbelievable.
Every day, we talk to technicians and contractors in the field who install our fiber cables in data centers and broadcast, AV, industrial and smart building applications. By spending time on jobsites, we get to provide hands-on training, answer questions and learn more about where and how our products are used. While we observe installation in a variety of environments, we’ve also noticed a major disconnect between the industry’s recommended best practices for fiber cable installation and the actual practices being carried out in real life.
