Wednesday Edition
Good morning, members, and welcome to yet another wonderful Wednesday! How is everyone feeling this morning? Hopefully, good and ready to take on the day! I (Vella) sure am. I had a great night’s rest and woke up feeling refreshed and energised. I told my dad to wake me up early this morning so we could jog around the neighbourhood. But guess what? Your girl slept in! Well, I think I needed that extra sleep, anyway. 😉
But I’m still going to try and get some exercise in today. I usually like to walk to the grocery store and back, so I’ll do that. It's a great way to stay active while also running errands. I sometimes even walk with groceries in my hands to get that extra workout in. It’s a great way to get some fresh air and clear my head. Plus, it helps improve mood, memory, and sleep quality. So, I encourage you all to get up and move your bodies today, even if it's just for a short walk up and down the hallway or around the block. That's if the weather where you are allows it, of course. We know some areas have been experiencing heavy rain and devastating floods, so please stay safe.
Speaking of, we just want to say to our Western Australia and Queensland members who are currently being impacted by the floods, that you’re in our thoughts, and if there is anything we can do, don't hesitate to reach out by clicking here.
Now, it’s Wednesday and that means, we have your weekly dose of Coles, Woolies, ALDI and IGA deals. Get your wallets ready because these deals are too good to pass up.
Next, we have your second riddle of the week. This one is a real puzzler, so get your thinking caps on! Here it goes:
They can trickle down, they can tickle too. Or make you sneeze, or comfort you. Their rustling sound, you’ve rarely heard unless you’re a pillow or a bird! What are they?
This one is a real brain teaser! We’ve been trying to figure it out ourselves, but we’re just not getting it. Can you help us out? If you think you know the answer, head on over to our riddle masters thread here. And if you get the answer correct, you’ll get a shout-out in tomorrow’s newsletter!
