New Trapezoidal Lead Screws and Trapezoidal Lead Nuts.

From small applications all the way to heavy industrial machinery – trapezoidal thread spindles can be flexibly adapted to any requirement.

Trapezoidal lead nuts GN 103.1, GN 103.2 and GN 103.3 are used together with trapezoidal lead screws GN 103.
 
To minimize wear, the trapezoidal lead nuts should be lubricated. However, if lubrication is insufficient, the bronze alloy (gunmetal) generally has emergency running properties. Steel and stainless steel nuts are primarily used for sporadic adjustments.

Like the trapezoidal lead nuts, trapezoidal lead screws GN 103 convert rotational movements into linear movements. They are used to move parts and transmit forces, such as in mechanical and plant engineering.
