Hello friend! We're excited to let you know that we've recently released a fresh new Front-End Design for VineConnect Client Portal! The new Portal look is modern, elegant, even more mobile-friendly than before. The design is whitespaced, allowing for your firm's logo, stylized phase description and timeline content, and embedded media like images and videos to display with a cleaner and more familiar contrast. Along with the newly designed front-end, we've now released a much anticipated feature for Multi-Language Support. Your clients can now choose their native language preference for English, Spanish, French, or Portuguese either while they're in the login flow or from within the Client Portal itself. Automated communications like text messages adhere to the current language selection, creating an even more personalized experience for your ESOL clients. Finally, be sure to check the improvements we've made to automated Google Review Request Links described below. We've introduced score thresholds that automatically release review links only when score thresholds are met for satisfied clients. When a score received falls below the threshold, you can customize the reply message and configure an admin notification email. NEW FRONT-END DESIGNThe front-end of VineConnect Client Portal now sports a new, contemporary look! The most important element of this new design is the whitespace. For active VineConnect users, we suggest you place VineConnect in Setup Mode from Launchpad, and conduct some test logins to ensure your Phase Descriptions and Timeline content and embedded materials adhere to the new white background. For mobile Client Portal users, we integrated some new collapsable modules in line with today's mobile-optimized frameworks and best practices. We're also introducing a new menu in anticipation of a more interactive, multi-page experience for your clients. In fact, the first new page is Team Messages, which we will be releasing new functionality for in the next month (Team Messages Support Article). NEW - REVIEW REQUEST SCORING THRESHOLDSWe have updated our already amazing Automated Review Requests feature by creating a more robust space for you to better filter out potentially negative clients from receiving review requests. We are introducing the concept of "score thresholds". Set a score threshold of 0-5. When triggered by the selected phase change, VineConnect will release a qualifying SMS message you can write (or use the default) and our app listens for a reply score. When the threshold score is met, we will release the review request text with the review link variable. If the threshold score is not met, the client will receive a default message or message you can control as well as an automated admin notification email. Combine our new score threshold with the ability to dynamically collect reviews for multiple Google My Business pages for your firm, and you've got one powerful system in VineConnect for increasing your reviews and real-time monitoring for client issues! MULTI-LANGUAGE SUPPORTWe understand that your client base is diverse, and that they want to interact with your firm frictionlessly. That's where we can help automate that native communication! VineConnect now supports multiple languages - Spanish, French and Portuguese. Your clients can simply choose their native language from the dropdown on our default login page or from within the Client Portal itself and we do the rest! Not only will the front-end of the portal be translated to their chosen language but our system will recognize this selection and translate all of your automated text messages as well! Creating a tighter bond between your clients and your firm - that's what VineConnect is here to do! This feature has automatically been deployed and there is nothing for you to configure, but you may want to let your clients know that they can now select their native language. New Improvements ReleasedNEW ADMIN NOTIFICATIONS - You can now select which events trigger an admin notification, and whether you want that notification to sync back to the Filevine project.
