School Spotlight: Success Teacher Suzanne Lambert Discusses the Community Involvement Surrounding Her Career Choices Course

Hoopeston Area High School Career Choices teacher, Suzanne Lambert, recently discussed community involvement and the importance of mock interviews for students as they enter the workforce. 

“Now they're using some of their knowledge in class, like if they say, ‘Oh, well, I want to work at McDonald's,’ [community members] will do onsite interviews now; they even allow them to fill out applications, just things that the kids need. They know what to say now, because we practice it in this class.”
