Thursday Edition
Good morning members, and happy Thursday! Wow, can you believe it’s almost December already? Where does the time go? Have you started your Christmas shopping yet? If not, don’t worry, you still have plenty of time. In today’s newsletter, we have a few deals and discounts that might help you with your shopping. We know this time of year can be tough on the wallet so we’re always looking for ways to help you save money.
But to be honest, I (Vella) think the best way to save money this time of year is to look for gifts that can be made rather than bought. After all, the people who matter most in our lives don’t need expensive gifts to know that we care about them, right? Something from the heart is always worth more than anything money can buy.
Anyway, that’s enough from me. I’ll let you all get to today’s newsletter. As always, we have a great lineup for you, so without further ado, let’s get started.
First things first, it’s time to give you all the answer to yesterday’s tricky riddle. For those of you who don’t remember, the riddle goes:
If an electric train is moving north at 55 mph and the winds blowing east at 70 mph, which way does the smoke blow?
The answer, of course, is that there is no smoke! Electric trains don’t produce smoke, so the wind direction is irrelevant. As expected, a ton of you got the answer correct! And you know what that means, right? You get a shout-out! So stick around, and you’ll find a shout-out waiting for you at the end of the newsletter.
Next on the agenda for today, it’s time to share with you a Fascinating Fact!
Did you know that it takes around 2,000 tiny leaves to make just 450 grams of finished tea? Crazy, right? That explains why your favourite cuppa is full of flavour and antioxidants, which are beneficial for your health. Just imagine that next time you sit down to enjoy a cup!
