Today, I read an old quote by Audrey Hepburn that made me stop and ponder. It goes, ‘As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands, one for helping yourself, the other for helping others.’

There’s no denying that avocado is a hot commodity! The Aztecs also shared our adoration for the fruit. But did you know they initially named it ‘āhuacatl’, which directly translates to… erm… testicles? There’s no explanation as to why, but if we were to give our best guess, it may be because they grow in pairs.
