Connie Bakshi – Celo Creators Fund at Refraction x TOWNS Brussels Celo Creators Fund at Refraction x TOWNS Brussels Excited to share that five Refraction artists will be showcasing their work for the Celo Creators Fund at our EthCC event, Refraction x TOWNS: Don’t miss the exhibition happening from July 4th to the 11th at Reset, Brussels. Meet the artists: Connie Bakshi an artist from LA, blends her training as a classical pianist and biomedical engineer to explore postcolonial narratives through AI. Her work re-codes language and ritual, examining the boundaries between
human and nonhuman. Emily Edelman is a digital artist & designer in Brooklyn. With a background in typography and space design, her work redefines communication and text as art. Shown globally with Art Blocks, Bright Moments & more. Nygilia is a multidisciplinary artist from New York, inspired by fantasy, gaming & Afro-Caribbean worlds. Her work explores surreal realms, blending mediums for innovative mixed media with character creation, world-building & animations. Abieyuwa is a Nigerian-American multidisciplinary artist & curator exploring the Black woman's experience through tech. Working in photography, video, and 3D, she began minting NFTs in 2021.
