We have now added new retaining magnets and holding disks. Additionally, we've expanded our axial ball joint offering, which is now available in stainless steel. New Axial Ball Joints now available in Stainless Steel.Axial ball joints encase a ball pivot point and are an efficient clamping mechanism. A small amount of torque is needed for strong clamping pressure and smooth and precise pivoting around the ball. The GN 782 is excellent for mounting sensors requiring exact positioning or frequent, tool-free adjustments of varying positions. The GN 782s clamping nut is used to adjust the compression force of the spring washers and, thus, the resistance to the ball movement. At the same time, the spring washers act as a safety lock for the clamping nut. New Retaining Magnets and Holding Disks in Hygienic Design.Retaining magnets GN 5080 and GN 5090 are designed for use in hygienic areas. The sealed screw-on surface enables mounting without dead spaces, and the impervious geometry, in combination with the high-quality finish, prevents dirt from accumulating and facilitates cleaning. Holding disks GN 7080 and GN 7090 are used as counterparts for retaining magnets when combined with non-magnetic materials or when the holding force needs to increase due to thin material.
