2022 will be a pivotal year for Weebit, fueled by the $35 million we raised in Q4 2021 that enables us to continue to accelerate our growth plans.
Following the successful scaling of our ReRAM to 28nm, we plan to continue down the process shrinking path, providing SoCs manufactured in advanced geometries with access to our embedded ReRAM. At the same time, we are continuing applied research for further enhancements to our baseline technology based on the immense know-how of the Weebit team, now further strengthened by Ph.D. Gabriel Molas, who recently joined us from CEA-Leti as Chief Scientist. We are also accelerating our efforts in the discrete domain, building on our recent crossbar array
demonstration.

An immediate focus is our partnership with SkyWater Technology and moving toward mass production. We are transferring our technology to their fab and are now preparing for tape-out and qualification.
