What to Submit- Proposal: Maximum 300 words.
- Research, practice, or workshop submissions
welcome.
- 20- or 50-minute sessions including panel discussions.
- .OPTIONAL (can be submitted anytime):
- short papers (1000-2000 words) for publication in the OTESSA Proceedings.
- full papers (4000-7000 words) for publication in the OTESSA Journal.
- Both the Proceedings and Journal are indexed through EBSCO Education Source Ultimate, ERIC, Google Scholar, OpenAlex, and Sherpa Romeo.

Topics might include:- ideas for a successful conference presentation,
- workshop topic brainstorming,
- to learn more about the conference proceedings or journal,
- how to partner with OTESSA,
- ways OTESSA can advocate for you,
- creative ideas for professional learning,
- how to get involved, and
- strategies for the 2027 conference!

OTESSA Publication PathwaysOTESSA was recently awarded $156,000 by the Government of Canada (SSHRC), which will greatly impact our service and speed for publications. There are two options for publishing your work: - OTESSA Proceedings
- Research or practice short papers (1000-2000 words).
- May be submitted alongside your proposal or added at any time.
- Publishing a proceeding does not preclude your ability to publish a full article in the OTESSA Journal.
