Nominations Extended 💜

Nominations for some JCR Exec positions have been extended.

At the close of nominations, we had received 102 nominations across the 95 positions available in all 8 College JCR Executives, the PG Board, and the Student Trustee positions in the Students’ Union.

Nevertheless, some roles received no nominations. Similarly, some roles with two vacancies one received one nomination. We are extending the nominations period for all these roles for a further week.

Because of this, nominations for certain roles have been extended until this Friday 15th November, at 6PM.

University Challenge x Intercollege Quiz Competition 💭

Individual entry tests for the University Challenge x Intercollege Competitions continue today!

Each test will be 20-minutes under exam conditions. The style of questions will be similar to those in the competition. Each test will focus on a specialist area, and you can choose to sit just one or multiple of the tests – you can sit them all if you fancy!

Supper Club 🥗

Supper Club is back this term, in collaboration with the university – Supper Club offers you a free hot meal to get you through. It takes place every Thursday night of term in Marketplace – but places are limited and pre-registration is essential.

Grab your Supper Club entry card from the LUSU reception desk any time during office hours (10am-5pm), then head down to Marketplace between 5-7pm on Thursday.
