No images? Click here July 2023 newsletter from St Petroc's School Nursery! Dear Parents & Carers,I can't believe it, another year that has just flown by! I hope that you have some exciting things for the coming weeks, I will keep my fingers crossed that the weather improves a little. I would like to wish all of our children that are starting 'big school' this September the best of luck. You are going to have the best time learning lots of new things and making new friends. We will miss you very much, but we are immensely proud of everything you have achieved during your time with us. Don't forget that our Holiday Club is running throughout the Summer Holidays, and we will also be offering a new school hours session from September. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would like to find out more about either of these. If you are visiting Holsworthy Show on Thursday 24th August, please do pop in and see us! Our stand will be at the top of the showground close to the cattle showing area. We will be offering face painting (for a small fee) and would love to see you there. Vegetable gardenThe children are really enjoying learning about and caring for our vegetable garden. But most of all, they are very excited and proud of the fruits of our labour. It was so much fun pulling up and counting our bumper crop of carrots! A letter from the Palace!The children were overjoyed recently to receive a reply to a letter and series of colourful pictures that were created in the setting in the run up to the Coronation, wishing His Majesty well for his big day.
