We’re excited to announce that your banking experience is about to get even better! Soon, you’ll receive a new contactless debit card with enhanced features for speed, security and convenience.
Here’s what you need to know.
- Tap & Pay: Your new card lets you make quick, secure payments by simply tapping at any contactless-enabled terminal.
- New Card Number: Your card number will change for added security. Please remember to update any
automatic payments or recurring debits you have set up with your new card number.
- New Card Delivery: A new card will be mailed to every existing cardholder.
- Activation Required: Once you receive your card, you’ll need to activate within 60 days by calling the number on the sticker attached to the card.
- PIN Reset Required: A separate PIN mailer will follow your card. It will include a temporary PIN that you’ll need to change by calling our automated system or visiting an ATM.
- Card Image Update: We have updated our standard card image, as well as the card
designs available for printing at our branches. If you prefer to choose your card design, you may visit any branch to have your card printed. Otherwise, your card will be mailed featuring the updated standard design.
