Friday Edition
Buon Giorno, members, and welcome to another Friday edition of our newsletter! Today, we are starting with a little Italian because why not? After all, Italy is one of the world's most beautiful countries, and we’re hoping to travel there one day. Speaking of which, have you been to Italy? We’d love to hear about your experiences in our forum! For now, we’ll just whip up a delicious Italian dish so we feel like we’re
there. Tiramisu, anyone? By the way, for those wondering how to pronounce ‘Buon Giorno,’ it’s ‘bwon’dʒorno’. 😉
Anyways, enough about us, let’s get into the thick of things, shall we? We’ve got the third and final riddle for the week courtesy of member @Dennis R. It’s a good one, so we hope you’re ready!
Sometimes I shine, sometimes I’m dull, sometimes I am big, and sometimes I am small. I can be pointy, I can be curved, and don’t ask me questions because even though I’m sharp, I’m not smart enough to answer you. What am I?
Ooh, that’s a toughie! We’re really stumped with this one. But we know you are a lot smarter than us, so we’re sure you’ll be able to figure it out. If you think you know the answer, head over to our riddle masters thread here. If you get the answer correct, we will give you a shout-out in tomorrow’s newsletter!
Oh, and one more thing before we get into the news, Don’t forget to check out this week’s Coles Best Buys. There are some great deals on there!

For today’s Australia segment, we have a lovely story from member @Cwally. ‘I used to enjoy hearing the clip-clop of the horses coming down our street every morning with the milkman delivering our milk from the horse-drawn trailer. It actually helped to get me out of bed in the mornings (well, sometimes) to run to the window to watch him go by, but if we didn’t get to the milk quick enough, the birds would peck and make holes in the foil tops.’
Ah, this is such a lovely memory! I can still remember the feeling of waking up in the morning and hearing the clip-clop of the horses outside. I would run to the window to watch the milkman deliver our milk from the horse-drawn trailer. It was such a simple pleasure, but it always made my day. I'm glad you were able to enjoy that special part of childhood. Do you have any memories of the milkman? Share your stories in our nostalgia thread here.

A group of pandas can be given various names, but the most common is an embarrassment. There is very little scientific backing or origin of this name as it may have started and been popularised online. One theory why people began referring to a group of pandas as ‘embarrassment' is because of their hilariously clumsy movements and their lifestyle.
