Hello Fozzels customer,

This is a quick heads-up about Fozzels. We have been working on our AI software in the last months, and have added some cool new features and changes that you might have missed. 🚀 There have been a couple of releases. We'll highlight some of the changes and improvements for you here.

New features

New: Catalog. All your products data quickly at hand.

In Fozzels you now have a new screen available to you: "Catalog" in the top menu. 
Using the Catalog, you can now quickly list, search for, and filter all of your products in a table with all available data fields. You can easily select which columns you want displayed, and you can filter search on all columns. This way it is now very easy to see all content fields of your products, and see the newly AI-generated content.
Just enter a name or an SKU for example, and the product will be displayed.

Now possible to select products based on "amount of characters currently in the field".

We have added functionality that Fozzels can now select products in your store that have a certain amount of characters in the text field. For example, you only would like to update products that have less than 15 characters in the current description text? No problem!

Added a button to edit attributes

We have added a small button in the Flow screen, that lets you directly edit some parameters of the selected "attribute" (field). This will allow you to, for example, set a user friendly name for the attribute name. More functionality will be added in later releases.

Improved the "attribute list" screen

We have made improvements to the screen where you can see and edit all "attributes" (data fields from your store). You can now easily see how many of your products have data filled in; you can choose if you want the AI to be able to put HTML content in the field or just plain text; and you can now edit the properties of an attribute so that for example you can make translations to other languages possible easier.

New: preview of Attribute fields from your store

We have made it easier to set up a new integration with your web store. Now, when you open or create a new integration, you can quickly see the values or content stored in those attributes. This way you can quickly determine which attributes from your store you would like to use in Fozzels. Just click the button "Get random example data".

Easier way to select images to use via AI

We have implemented the new "GPT-4o" model, and made it easier to choose if, and how many product images ChatGPT should use when creating content. The AI can "look at" your product images, and make a better product text based on the product images it sees.

Just go to your Flow, click on the tab AI configuration, and select how many images should be used. For most use cases, usually one product image is enough.

Daily e-mail update improvement

We have improved the daily e-mail you receive with the updates that Fozzels has made.
You can now quickly see how many texts were created, and if and how many errors occured. Now you can open the created content in a table (the Dashboard-overview) with one click on the green button. Isn't that easy?

Extra prompt templates

To make it easier and quicker for you to start creating good product content, we added some new good starter-prompts. When creating a Flow, you can click the "load" button, and select one of de generic prompt instructions. Of course you'll need to edit the prompt based on your needs, target audience, and attribute fields that you use, but these might be a great help to get you started faster.

New: Referral program

Are you happy using Fozzels, and know someone else that might be interested in using Fozzels? You can earn a discount on your Fozzels monthly subscription by referring someone you know. And, your referral will receive the same discount code as well! This discount is valid indefinitely. 

Smoother & faster

Internally improved the way our AI text generation "batches" are run. This is now done more smoothly, using tags and Laravel Horizon. Much code has been refactored; the queue now processes only primary keys, resulting in increased speed. This also opens the opportunity for us to serve even more customers.

Improvements and bug fixes

We squashed some bugs with this release as well, and did some improvements.

• We made some help-texts more clear.
• We fixed an issue where new lines in HTML would not be correct. These are now correctly rendered as <br>'s.
• We fixed an issue with logging in; sometimes the "Captcha" would not work correctly.
• We fixed the name of the Flow shown in the batch list; this was not always the correct Flow.
• We fixed an issue with the grid filters with inline and advanced search, whereby it did not work correctly when a comma was entered.
• We fixed an issue with the column-selection on the Catalog screen.
• We fixed an issue with the caching of our Cloudflare WAF (Firewall) .
• In the Catalog, you can now filter based on IF a product image is available or not.
• We increased the default "token" amount for OpenAI for new Flows to 2048, to stop cut-off generated texts.
• We are adding "Fozzly", our mascot, to more and more screens gradually :)
• New: we added a button "Detect empty attributes" on the Integration-screen. This way you can quickly see which attributes in your shop have data, and which have not.
• New: we added a button on the storeview list on the integration screen, to more quickly edit some settings regarding the storeview.
• Improvement: we made it so that if an OpenAI-api is not working correctly, Fozzels will automatically fallback to the latest version of the model.
