Library News: March 2026
Hello everyone, we are excited about spring coming. Where I am in mid-Michigan, the snow has fully melted and the grass is greening up. No daffodils yet, though.
If you are going to the Texas Library Association conference, I hope you'll visit my fabulous colleagues in booth 425. Our sales rep Abby will present forthcoming titles for adults at the book buzz on Tuesday, 3/31, at 8:00am in Room 332B, GRB Convention Center Level 3. Public Library Association Conference
Norton will be in booth 429 where we'll have ARCs to give away, new books to peruse, and 2 author signings! Plus, you can find me at 3 different book buzzes where I promise I will not talk about all the same books.
James Lasdun will sign ARCs of The Family Man: Blood and Betrayal in the House of Murdaugh, in booth 429 at 4:00pm on Wednesday, 4/1.
There are still some free tickets left (as of this writing) for the Library Journal Evening of Dialog featuring James Lasdun, Allen Eskens, Laura Moriarty, Norah Labiner, Joshua Moening, and Justin Ellis. Register Here.
Ruha Benjamin will be the featured speaker at the Big Ideas session on Thursday, 4/2, from 8:00am-9:00am, in the auditorium. Then, come to booth 429 to get a copy of her latest book, Imagination: A Manifesto, signed! She will sign from 9:15am-9:45am.
Book Buzzes at PLA!
Donna Seaman from Booklist will host a book buzz with 6 publishers, including Norton, on Thursday, 4/2, from 2:00pm-3:00pm in room 102A-F.

Keep the buzz going by visiting the Book Buzz Stage on the exhibit floor. You'll find me here too! For the adult books, I'll talk about our Fall 2026 highlights at the Booklist buzz and go over mostly Summer 2026 highlights at the Book Buzz Stage.
