I’m sure many of you are tuned in to the Olympics to see how our top athletes perform. We’re seeing quite a gold rush, with more than a dozen medals overall and counting! Bananas develop their distinctive curve as they grow towards the sun. Initially, they hang downward due to gravity. As they mature, they naturally bend upward to maximise sunlight exposure. This process is called ‘negative geotropism'.
Euphoria
