OR December 2025

2025 has been a stellar year for OR Consulting. Whilst our project work is always front and centre, we continue to dedicate time to strengthening our culture and multidisciplinary expertise by investing in our people and new technology.

June saw the launch of our new website and a move for our Cardiff team to their new offices, cementing our presence in Wales and the South West.

In the second half of 2025 we grew our team. We welcomed four new starters, including our first apprentice, and celebrated a number well-deserved promotions.
