Launch of the Career Pathways Enhancement ProjectThe First Nations Housing Professionals Association (FNHPA) is launching a national initiative to better understand the career journeys of staff working in First Nations on-reserve housing. This project aims to identify the skills, experiences, supports, and opportunities that contribute to successful careers in the sector. The findings will be used to develop practical resources, including career pathway frameworks, career mapping tools, workforce development guidance, and outreach materials to help attract, develop, and retain housing staff across First Nations communities. Research will be conducted by Boreala Management. How You Can Contribute? We are looking for housing staff to share their experiences through:
