Knowledge Transfer Program funding available

Did you know that Seafood Industry Associations are eligible for funding for expert-led sessions, hands-on training, and on-site demonstrations through our Knowledge Transfer Program (formerly known as the Knowledge and Technology Transfer Program)?

This includes bringing in expert(s) to speak at your conference or AGM, deliver hands on training, and/or demonstrate new practices or technology.

Organizations can receive up to 75 percent in cost-shared funding for eligible activities. Download and review the 2025 Program Guide (PDF, 506 KB) for more details.

The Program will remain open until funds are fully allocated. Activities must take place before March 1, 2026.

Submit your application now to receive support for your knowledge or skill-building event.

If you have questions about the program, please contact 1-888-221-7141 or Knowledge.Transfer@gov.bc.ca
