1.25oz Yuzu Sake
0.75oz J.P. Wiser’s 10 Year Old
0.5oz lemon juice
0.75oz orgeat
2 dashes of orange bitters

Glass: Coupe

Garnish: grated cinnamon

Method: Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, whip shake, and dirty dump into angular Burgundy or All-Purpose glass. Top with crushed ice, fresh grated cinnamon, and garnish with 2 cinnamon sticks.
