Five St Philips, a prime business district workplace retrofit and extension in Birmingham recently completed on site. We have been working with Onward Homes to design a brand identity for their Later Life and Specialist Living properties. We recently created a development strategy to revitalise Billingham town centre. Supporting our next gens, we collaborated with UrbanistasNW to host a portfolio and careers masterclass for architecture graduates. Last month Sadiq Khan approved our 300 new home scheme in London borough of Hounslow - saving a listed ‘building at risk’.

Billingham Masterplan
Working with the local authority to create a strategy for development and investment to revitalise the existing town centre into a vibrant destination with new places to live, work and play.
Hanworth Park House and Gardens
Our residential scheme has been granted permission by the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, who said: “London’s housing crisis needs urgent action and I’m determined to do everything in my power to help. I’ll never shy away from the difficult decisions needed to get homes built in our city, as part of my plan to build a fairer, more prosperous London for all.”
