ASEE Data Collections Survey Deadline and Data Chats

Dear Colleagues,

We are excited to share an initiative that emerged from the recent meeting of the ASEE's Data Collections Advisory Board. Recognizing the importance of collaboration and knowledge sharing among our community, the advisory board has recommended the establishment of a platform for institutional research and data professionals. This will be a space where individuals who report data for the Profiles survey and use ASEE data can connect.

To this end, we are introducing bi-monthly Data Chats. These sessions are designed to be an informal yet invaluable opportunity for you to engage with peers, share ideas, and discuss common issues. Each session will also include demonstrations of specific tools to enhance the utility of ASEE data, along with discussions on best practices and innovative approaches in data management.

Dr. Jennifer Wu, Chief Engineering Analytics Officer and Professor of the Practice at the Pennsylvania State University’s College of Engineering has graciously agreed to present for our inaugural chat "Using ASEE Data for Benchmarking" to discuss and share some practices at PSU.  This will be on February 21 @ 2pm ET via zoom. Please register at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/using-asee-data-for-benchmarking-tickets-803530510387?aff=oddtdtcreator
