Happy Tuesday, dear members! The team and I (Jarred) hope this newsletter finds you in high spirits as you embark on another beautiful day. As we journey together through this week, let us cherish the small pleasures in life, whether it's savouring a hot cup of coffee, indulging in a good book, or spending quality time with loved ones. Remember, each day is an opportunity for new experiences and memories. Now, let’s move on to our riddle, shall we?
A farmer in Victoria owns a beautiful pear tree. A fruit shop owner calls the farmer to see how much fruit is available for him to purchase. The farmer knows that the main trunk has 24 branches. Each branch has exactly 12 boughs, and each bough has exactly 6 twigs. Since each twig bears one piece of fruit, how many plums will the farmer be able to deliver?
Are you ready for the reveal? Pear trees don’t bear plums as fruit, so the answer is none. I am so impressed to see how many of you got the answer to this riddle correct! But in hindsight, I really shouldn’t be surprised. As always, you riddle masters can find your well-deserved shout-outs below! See you on the next riddle!
