We have been working hard on the designs for the Railings - the next phase of new homes at Middlewood Locks which will be launching for sale later this year. Beer & Cheer!
We had a great time at our annual Beer & Cheer event with our wonderful Middlewood Locks community!
It felt really festive as we gathered around the Christmas tree in the public realm to listen to the live band playing Christmas music. Next up, there was delicious food and drinks served in Seven Bro7hers, more music and a pop up Christmas market. We had a really good turnout and lots of lovely feedback from our Middlewood Locks community.

Making a difference
Middlewood Locks site May 2016
It’s amazing to see how much progress has been made since this photo was taken when we started on site back in May 2016. We have now sold and completed 1,117 new homes across 10 buildings and have a community of over 1,000 residents which is growing by the day. Seven Bro7hers and the Co-op are now firmly established and 92 Degrees coffee shop the latest addition to our Middlewood Locks neighbourhood have opened their doors.
There are still more exciting phases to come with a further 1,000 new homes, commercial offices, hotel, restaurants, shops and a multi-storey car park. Check out our video below to see where we are now and what’s coming next!
