Greetings! I hope this finds you well. This fall, we will host our annual M.E.N.U.S. (Mentoring & Educating Nevada’s Upcoming Students) on September 27, 2024 at SAHARA Las Vegas to benefit the Hospitality Charitable Foundation. This memorable evening will feature an exclusive dine-around, highlighted by an array of premium beverages and freshly-prepared dishes from many of the finest chefs and restaurants in the city.

We are so grateful for your support, as your generosity enables us to make a profound
difference in the lives of our students. The Hospitality Charitable Foundation supports
students who are pursuing careers within the hospitality industry by providing
scholarships and one-on-one mentoring by industry leaders. Since our inception, we
have distributed over $2.3 million in scholarship monies allowing our scholars to attend
the institution of higher learning of their choice. In addition to the financial support, our
students receive personal guidance, mentoring, and unique employment opportunities
from some of the most renowned hospitality executives in the world.

How You Can Get Involved:

1. Donate to Our Silent Auction:
   We would appreciate a donation of an item and/or package for the silent auction portion of our fundraiser. As a donor, you will be recognized in the silent auction online listing, an online newsletter blast, and signage displayed that evening.
2. Participate in Our Wine Pull:
   We're also hosting a Wine Pull at M.E.N.U.S. this year! We invite you to contribute two of your favorite bottles of wine, or select two from your wine cabinet, regardless of brand or value. One bottle will be featured at Strikes for Scholarships, and the other at M.E.N.U.S. Your name will be featured on each bottle as the recommender.
3. Become an Event Sponsor:
   Sponsorship opportunities and tickets are available for those who wish to make a significant impact on this year's event. Sponsoring M.E.N.U.S. offers a unique chance to align your brand with a cause that supports the future of the hospitality industry.
